Margaret Feeney

Margaret Feeney graduated in 1994 with an LLB from NUI Galway. She obtained a judicial internship in Los Angeles Federal Court on graduating and subsequently worked for three years as a Judicial Clerk in the Child Protection Division of Cook County Circuit Court in Chicago. In 1997 Margaret obtained an LLM from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
During her training in the Law Society of Ireland, Margaret was the recipient of the Guinness and Mahon Tax Prize (1999) and the Accounts and Ethics Prize (2001). Margaret has worked with Francis X. Burke & Co. since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001, and has extensive experience in all aspects of Civil Litigation representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in Insurance Litigation and Arbitration, Public Liability claims, Product Liability claims, Employment Law claims and Personal Injuries claims.
